Evaluation

Upon completing this Unit, I have realised a number of things. For the October challenge, I felt very intimidated by the work to complete. Previously I had done a group of animations simultaneously within 10+ weeks, so this set amount of time to start, develop and complete a concept was extremely difficult for the first month.

For the second challenge, I decided to go for a bit more of a simpler idea in terms of production execution. I found myself understanding what was required of me during the time allotted and I managed my work a lot more than I expected. Even if I wasn't as happy with my November Challenge final animation as much as my October Challenge, I feel as though setting realistic targets were more important than technically beautiful animation.

Overall, I like this Unit and I might attempt another monthly animation challenge; to find a way to keep practicing my time management and animation skills.
